Note: Your feedback is for the group as a whole, not individual students. All members of the group will be able to see the same average score per component along with the written comments.

Select the desired score for the specified component.

The scoring and feedback interface will be the same for each group you are reviewing.

The feedback window will initially display two sides:

  1. Presentation type/files. Since the presentations are in-class by design, it is recommended to use the "Hide" feature to remove this panel from the display.
  2. Component scoring. Each component will have a selection of numbers and descriptions to choose from. Select the score that you feel is most reflective of that component.
  3. Select "Next" to continue to the next feedback component.

Provide written comments for the specified component.

The written comments feedback box will allow you to provide details regarding the specified component. This is a REQUIRED component for feedback. Please take this opportunity to share helpful insights that will be useful for the group moving forward.

If you need to make a change to a previous component, select the "Back" button to navigate to previous components/scoring.

To move to the next component, select "Next."

Complete all scoring and written feedback components.

Once you have completed all scoring and written feedback components for the group, select "Finish" to submit your feedback for the group.

If you would like to review your scoring and written feedback for the group prior to submitting, use the "Back" button to move to previous components.

Selecting "Finish" will complete the review phase for the selected group.

Select the next presenting group from the list.

You will complete feedback for each group within your class. Groups that you have completed will be grayed out in the list [1] and those that you haven't completed will remain dark blue and selectable [2].

Phase 3 - Review feedback

Once all feedback has been completed, your instructor will be able to release the details for your review. If you are unable review your feedback, it is possible your instructor has not released the scores OR you did not complete the review process fully.

  • Peer Comments [3]: All of the written comments provided by peers will be available in this column. You can also select individual components to isolate the comments about that specific type [4].
