How do I unpublish a Media Gallery file from several courses at once?
You may use the Publish option in your Home site's My Media to unpublish a video, audio, or image file you own from Media Gallery in any UVACanvas site(s) where it appears.
Note: If a file was embedded in a course, for example in a page or module, unpublishing it in My Media will not remove the embedded file. To remove an embedded file, delete it in the course where it was embedded.
Go to My Media.

Select My Media from your Global Navigation Menu.
Note: Steps for McIntire School of Commerce instructors to access McIntire My Media can be found in How can I access McIntire My Media? (opens new window).
