How do I add a Media Gallery playlist to a module?

You can add a link to a playlist in a module using the Add External Tool option and embedding the playlist from Media Gallery.

Note: Linking a playlist in Modules will not allow you to include text that will display with your file. See the tip below for other options.

Tip: Adding a page to a module (opens new window) and embedding a media file in the page will allow you to add context around your file. This can improve accessibility by making it easier for students to understand how they are expected to interact with the content. For steps, see How do I embed a playlist from Media Gallery in the Rich Content Editor? (opens new window).

Go to Modules.
