How do I download a video from My Media?

If you edit a video in My Media, you can access the option to download it.

Note: To edit a video that someone else uploaded, you would need to ask the owner to add you to the file as a collaborator with Co-Editor permission.

Go to My Media.

Select My Media from your Global Navigation Menu.

Select the video to download.

Select the title of the video.

Select Actions, then Edit.

  1. Scroll down on the page under the media player.
  2. Select the Actions menu.
  3. Select Edit.

Select Download.

In the upper-right corner of the media player, select the Download button. The button looks like a box with a down arrow on it.
